At Lovinuniqe, we’re committed to you. Our quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping to assure your satisfaction, and the quality is guaranteed.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low quality item).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You can Returns within 15 days after receiving the goods.
Damaged, contaminated goods (Opened PEE Products) can not be returned.
We will approve the return of an item for the following reasons only:
- You received a completely different item than what was indicated in your order.
- The Product’s electronics itself is not working.
- The Product is damaged.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Return due to customer ordering error or surplus stock; All returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price. This restocking fee will be subtracted from any applicable refund or credit for the return.
- Not being able to follow correct instructions for successfully operating the Product/s
- Simply not liking the product or that the product is not a good fit.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We can cancel your order as long as it wasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as fast as possible if you wish to cancel. We will do our best to withdraw your package, but in some cases the package might have already been sent.
If you contact us more than 12 hours after placing your order, we can't unfortunately guarantee that we will be able to cancel.
If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as PPE products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist.
- Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
- We will sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway and get back to you asap.
- Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
